Vanessa is the Client Success Coordinator for Apply Yourself Global, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering client success. She is dedicated to guiding clients through their journeys, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the tools and opportunities available within Apply Yourself Global. Vanessa excels at building meaningful relationships with clients, offering tailored support, and creating an engaging experience that aligns with their personal and professional goals.

In addition to her role at Apply Yourself, Vanessa is a Paralegal at Shnier Mackenzie Law in Toronto, Canada, where she supports the team and clients by managing their business and legal needs. Vanessa has been working in the legal field since 2014 and became licensed as a Paralegal in 2016 after completing the Accelerated Paralegal Diploma Program at Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology.

Her experience spans civil litigation, accident benefits, and business law. Vanessa has represented clients in case conferences and hearings at the License Appeal Tribunal and Small Claims Court. Her holistic understanding of clients’ legal needs, combined with her proactive, kind, and individualized approach, ensures that each client feels heard, understood, and cared for.

Outside of the office, Vanessa has been a member of competitive dance teams internationally in Canada and the United States and enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
