Finding Yourself Through Your Applications with Michelle
Today, we have Michelle, one of our amazing community members, on the podcast! Michelle graduated from the Global Health program at York University, specializing in Health Policy, Management, and Systems. She is one of our OG clients who has been working with us for about a year and a half now, starting all the way back in the Founders Cohort of Mastering Academic Applications: From Scratch to Submission. We talk about Michelle’s journey through the application process, her growth and experience being a part of the Apply Yourself Community, and the work she engaged in that led to her finding herself again and getting accepted into the program of her dreams – Tune in to hear more!
The Need for Community in Your Applications
Michelle’s work on her applications has led to such life-changing transformations and mindset growth in how she approaches everything, from her flourishing personal relationships, to the way she presents herself on paper and in person, the way she perceives herself and the person she is growing to be, and so much more. I am so proud of the strides Michelle has made in our time together, and her story exemplifies the importance of having a positive community supporting you throughout the application process.
