Access to the Course Materials
You have access to the Course materials, including the recordings and corresponding materials in the Content Hub, for 1-year from the date on which you are granted access to the Content Hub. On your 1-year + 1-day (366th day), you will be de-enrolled from your online access to the Course materials.
If you would like access to the course materials beyond 1-year, please contact hello@applyyourselfglobal.com for next steps. Access to the Content Hub may be granted for an additional monthly or annual fee, at the sole discretion of Apply Yourself: The Advancement Spot Inc.
Access to our Course Facebook Group and Live Group Coaching
Included within your Course Enrollment is 12-weeks of access to our Course Facebook Group and Live Group Coaching Calls with Adrienne Shnier. On your 12-weeks + 1-day from the date on which you are granted access to the Course Facebook Group, your access to the Course Facebook Group and Live Group Coaching Calls with Adrienne will expire.

Notwithstanding any of the aforementioned policies, your access to the Facebook Community and any of our services will be terminated if you violate our Terms and Conditions, any other policy or code of conduct of the Company adopted on any day without prior notice, or any policies documented within any of our Facebook Pages or Groups, without prior notice.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
The Company cannot issue refunds for any 1:1 or group services provided, regardless of whether clients decide to stop using our services, or if clients are removed for violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Live Private Coaching
If you book 1:1 sessions with Adrienne, you will receive a calendar invitation with Zoom link. Your sessions will be recorded and you consent to this recording. You will be provided access to the recording. Apply Yourself: The Advancement Spot Inc. retains all rights to the recordings and the recordings are the property of The Advancement Spot Inc.
If you need to reschedule your 1:1 session, at least 24-hours (at least 2 full business days) notice is required. If less than 48-hours notice is given, we will consider your session as moving ahead as planned and your payment for your 1:1 session will be retained, since we would be unable to offer your time slot to another client on short notice.
Our Courses
Clients who enrol in our Courses are provided with all content up-front and, so, refunds are not possible.
A full refund can only be granted in one circumstance - you have enrolled in the course, but are unable to actually begin the course by the course start date and you have not yet created your login account. Please contact [email protected] for assistance. You will have the option of a full refund - but your spot will not be held for the next available course start date and you will be subject to any change in course cost. Your access to course materials and any other related access (i.e., Private Facebook Community) will be immediately terminated and later granted once you begin the course.
If your use of our Website is terminated as a result of your violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not receive any refund whatsoever and all of your access to our Website and Facebook Community will be immediately terminated without notice.
Missed or Declined Payment
We cannot continue to offer services that have not been paid for.
If a payment is missed or declined, you will immediately receive an email notifying you of the missed or declined payment and you will be provided with three business days to rectify payment. We must receive payment within three business days to continue providing services as usual. If we do not receive all payments owing within 3 business days, your access to all content and coaching calls will be immediately suspended until we receive all payments owing.
In the event of a delay in the program as a result of missed or declined payments, the missed days are considered to be lost - there is no opportunity to ‘make up’ the days (i.e., cannot add days to the end of your enrollment year), coaching calls, or attend coaching sessions other than those for which you have signed up.

Access to all course materials expires on the 366th day (1 full year of access) beginning on the date on which you receive your Welcome email with login information. On the 366th day, access to the course(s) in the Content Hub, associated materials, and Course Facebook Group will expire.
Pursuant to our Terms and Conditions, your access to the Facebook Group and any of our services will be terminated if you violate our Terms and Conditions, any other policy or code of conduct of the Company adopted on any day without prior notice, or any policies documented within any of our Facebook Pages or Groups, without prior notice.
ACCESS TO LIVE COACHING WITHIN COURSE
Your Live Coaching Sessions
Once you enroll in a course, you will have access to live weekly coaching calls for 12-weeks, the duration of time that you have access to the Course Facebook Group.
If you would like additional 1:1 coaching during your one-year access to the course, or following this year, please contact [email protected] and we would be happy to support you.
Our Use of Zoom for Live Coaching Sessions
All live coaching calls will take place on Zoom. Your Advancement Coach & Strategist will always appear on video and will use audio. You are expected to do the same. You will not be permitted to enter the Zoom Room for your live coaching session unless your video is working. This is to ensure that your peers feel comfortable participating and so that security in our Community is maintained.
You will have to download Zoom to your device or computer in order to join me live. Here is the link to download Zoom: https://zoom.us/
Practice professionalism by ensuring that you are in a quiet space, with a strong internet connection, and are ready to appear on camera and audio. Ensure ahead of time that your tech is working. The live coaching calls will begin promptly and will last for 60 minutes.
Each live coaching session will be recorded. Those who are in attendance at the session will have the option of receiving the recorded session.
An audio recording of the Live Zoom Group Coaching Calls with Adrienne will be posted in the Course Facebook Group. Video will not be posted in the Course Facebook Group. By enrolling in the course, you consent to our video and audio recording of your Group Live Coaching Sessions with Adrienne and posting of the full audio to the Course Facebook Page. You agree not to privately record the session for the safety, security, and anonymity of your peers in the session.
Use of the audio recording of the Live Group Coaching Calls with Adrienne for Promotional/Advertising Purposes: Apply Yourself: The Advancement Spot Inc. retains the right to use any audio from the Group Live Coaching Calls with Adrienne for advertising and promotional purposes. Attendees on the call will not be identified in any promotional materials and, if your name is used in the audio recording, it will be anonymized for promotional purposes only. For further clarity, you consent to your voice being audio recorded and used for any promotional purpose on any platform and we agree to anonymize your name, if used in the recording.
By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the audio recording of any Live Coaching Sessions with Adrienne in which you participate and grant to Apply Yourself and its assigns, licensees, successors, and affiliates the right to copy, reproduce, and use all or a portion of the recording for any purpose whatsoever, including in any printed matter in conjunction therewith and further concede all rights to the produced media for potential future use in online and print advertising, workshops, books, webpages, and all other forms of public distribution without remuneration and in perpetuity.
I release Apply Yourself and its assigns, licensees, successors, and affiliates from any claims and liability that may arise regarding the use of the work, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the work. The work is the property of Apply Yourself. I have read and understood these terms and I am over the age of 18.
Missed Live Group Coaching Sessions
Because of the intensive timeline in this course, there is no opportunity for a ‘make up’ coaching session. Please prioritize your success in this course by scheduling and blocking off time for your attendance in our live coaching sessions.
