Hello! My name is Emily Caruso, an Apply Yourself Global Fellow. 

I am currently a Justice, Political Philosophy and Law student at McMaster University expecting to graduate in 2025. Next September I will begin my law school journey at Osgoode Hall Law school. 

As a full time student who is involved in many clubs and extracurricular activities, and recently completed the LSAT and law school application processes I understand how daunting they can be. These processes are as much a mindset challenge as it is an academic one, requiring resilience, strategic preparation, and confidence in your abilities. I’m passionate about helping others navigate this journey by focusing on the foundational mindset work that fuels success, from managing stress to staying motivated.

When I’m not working or studying, I love immersing myself in creative and enriching activities like reading, traveling, and exploring fashion curation. I find joy in creation, whether it's through writing, designing, or embroidery, as a way to express myself and unwind.
