Hello! My name is Meera Joll, an Apply Yourself Global Fellow. 

I am currently an Honors Political Science student in my fourth year at McMaster University, with a strong interest in health law and policy. My journey into this field was inspired by personal experiences navigating the healthcare system and addressing its challenges during pivotal moments in my life. This passion has driven me to pursue a legal career, and I’m excited to embark on the next chapter of my journey as a future law student.

At Apply Yourself, I’ve witnessed how shifting the focus from competition to personal growth can transform the way we learn and succeed. Seeing the impact of a mindset focused on opportunity rather than limitation has motivated me to work toward creating a supportive and collaborative environment. I am excited to be part of a team dedicated to helping others achieve their goals while fostering a sense of community and shared success.

As a Fellow, my goal is to inspire and support others as they navigate their own paths.
